This exercise practises uses of verbs which can be followed by the prepositions at and to. If at is used, the verb normally takes on an aggressive meaning, but if to is used the meaning is not aggressive. Put one of the verbs below in each gap with one of the prepositions depending on the meaning. Make sure you put the verb in the correct form.
