You should only use this form if you cannot, or do not want to, pay by debit or credit card on Lulu.com. We can accept pound sterling cheques or money orders for the equivalent in euros or US dollars. Simply enter the desired number of books in the relevant box or boxes for your book order and include the payment in pounds sterling, or in euros or dollars (according to the exchange rate at the time of payment). Please make your cheque or money order payable to Marc Loewenthal. Fill in all the required details on the form, print it out and send it by post with your payment. Your book(s) will be sent to you, once your payment has cleared, and your login details for the interactive exercises for the Liondale books will be emailed to you.
